Past PGY1 Residents

2017-2018

  Susan Fedler graduated from Oregon State University College of Pharmacy in June 2017. Susie is currently completing a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency with Providence in Portland, Oregon.

 

  Emily Gray graduated from Pacific University Oregon School of Pharmacy in May 2017. 

 

 

2016-2017

    Hannah Noh graduated from Notre Dame of Maryland University School of Pharmacy in Baltimore, Maryland in May 2016. Hannah went on to complete a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency with Kaiser Permanente in Denver, Colorado. 

 

   Hoang Phan graduated from the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy in Tucson, Arizona in May 2016. Hoang is currently employed as a pharmacist for Rite-Aid in the Portland, Oregon area. 

 

 

2015-2016

   Shannon Kelly graduated from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in May 2015. After her PGY1 residency she completed a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency with Providence in St. Peter Family Medicine in Olympia, Washington. Shannon is now a Clinical Pharmacist with Virginia Garcia in Hillsboro, Oregon. 

 

   Liliana Lunares  graduated from Roseman University of Health Sciences College of Pharmacy-Henderson, Nevada in June 2015. She is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor for the University of Texas El Paso and a preceptor for their PGY1 Community Pharmacy Residency Program. 

 

 

2014-2015 

  Elise Phelps graduated from the University of Montana Skaggs School of Pharmacy in 2013. After her PGY1 residency, she completed a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency with Kaiser Permanente in Denver, Colorado. Elise returned to Virginia Garcia and is the Clinical Pharmacy Manager and a Clinical Pharmacist in McMinnville, Oregon.

 

 

2013-2014 

 Samantha Flores graduated from Pacific University Oregon School of Pharmacy in May 2013. After her PGY1 residency, she completed a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency with Kaiser Permanente in Denver, Colorado. Sam returned to Virginia Garcia and is now a Clinical Pharmacist and Residency Preceptor in Hillsboro, Oregon.
