Bradley Ramos

 

Bradley completed his undergraduate education and pharmacy education at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA, earning a B.A. in Applied Sciences and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Currently, his interests include chronic disease management, administration and public health with a commitment to health equity and health justice for the Pilipinx community and other marginalized communities. Bradley aspires to earn board certification in ambulatory care pharmacy in the future and set up clinical pharmacy services for federally qualified health centers. Bradley was born and raised in San Diego, CA and has passions for dance, writing, social justice, and community organizing.

2018-2019

 Jonathan Hillerich graduated from Pacific University School of Pharmacy in 2018. Prior to that he received a BA in Environmental and Political Sciences from Willamette University as well Biology/Pre-Pharmacy from Western Oregon University. Jon is currently employed as a transitions of care pharmacist in Kentucky.

 

 Janelle Wortman earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Doctorate Pharmacy degree from University of Washington. Janelle completed a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency with Providence in St. Peter Family Medicine in Olympia, Washington and is currently employed as a family medicine clinical pharmacist with Summit Pacific Medical Center.

 

 

2017-2018

  Susan Fedler graduated from Oregon State University College of Pharmacy in June 2017. Susie completed a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency with Providence in Portland, Oregon and is currently employed as an ambulatory care pharmacist with Providence.

 

  Emily Gray graduated from Pacific University Oregon School of Pharmacy in May 2017. Emily is currently working with Lancaster Family Health Center (Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic) in Salem, OR.

 

 

2016-2017

    Hannah Noh graduated from Notre Dame of Maryland University School of Pharmacy in Baltimore, Maryland in May 2016. Hannah went on to complete a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency with Kaiser Permanente in Denver, Colorado. 

 

 

2015-2016

   Shannon Kelly graduated from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in May 2015. After her PGY1 residency she completed a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency with Providence in St. Peter Family Medicine in Olympia, Washington. Shannon is now a Clinical Pharmacist with Virginia Garcia in Hillsboro, Oregon. 

 

   Liliana Lunares  graduated from Roseman University of Health Sciences College of Pharmacy-Henderson, Nevada in June 2015. She is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor for the University of Texas El Paso and a preceptor for their PGY1 Community Pharmacy Residency Program. 

 

 

2014-2015 

  Elise Phelps graduated from the University of Montana Skaggs School of Pharmacy in 2013. After her PGY1 residency, she completed a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency with Kaiser Permanente in Denver, Colorado. Elise returned to Virginia Garcia and is the Clinical Pharmacy Manager and a Clinical Pharmacist in McMinnville, Oregon.

 

 

2013-2014 

 Samantha Flores graduated from Pacific University Oregon School of Pharmacy in May 2013. After her PGY1 residency, she completed a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency with Kaiser Permanente in Denver, Colorado. Sam returned to Virginia Garcia and is now a Clinical Pharmacist and Residency Preceptor in Hillsboro, Oregon.
